Whether you're a parent, a college student, or maybe you're headed to law/ medical or business school, one thing is for sure — YOU NEED SCHOOL SUPPLIES!

Which... can be expensive.

But don't worry, I've got your back. Here are my 4 best tips for saving $$$ on back-to-school supplies:

#1 — Work That Browser Extension, Honey!

57% of consumers shop online for back-to-school items! Make sure you're using a cash-back browser extension like Rakuten to price-check everything/ find deals.

Oh- and I like to buy discounted gift cards to save even more cash. My fav place to get them is cardcash.com.

#2 — Buy Refurbished Tech

Refurbished tech is up to 70% less than buying new & it's completely restored to its original form so you'll never know the difference! I shop for second-hand laptops & Apple products on backmarket.com.

#3 — Get Student Discounts

Your student email is sort of a secret weapon for unlocking deals. Apple is huge for this. They offer discounts on their laptops & cell phones. You can also find discounts for phone plans, clothing, and online subscriptions by using your student email.

#4 — Shop Tax-Free Days

Check if your state is having a Sales Tax Holiday

No for real, these are a thing. Go online and research your state's Sales Tax Holiday calendar. It's literally a day where you don't have to pay sales tax on what you buy. 17 states even offer tax-free WEEKENDS. You can save 7-9% and stock up on big-ticket items like computers and iPads.
